This week saw our very first Beacon’s Got Talent where 20 acts took to the stage to battle for House points, applause and the sheer admiration of their peers and teachers.
Trinity, Portland, Eddystone and Cromer went head-to-head with jaw-dropping performances of magic, gymnastics, music, comedy and dance. The audience swayed in time with the music, sang along and ‘ooh-ed and ahh-ed’ at regular intervals.
The House Mistresses and Masters would like to thank all the boys who auditioned. The positivity and excitement were infectious and not one boy (or teacher) left The Spinney Theatre without a huge smile on their face. A big well-done though to Portland House which took the trophy this year!
