Salad Creations from the Kitchen Garden

Our Year 6 Beacon boys have been very busy today in the kitchen garden picking their own ingredients to create their own salads and dressings. They saw and learnt how cheese was made by making ricotta and tasting this with their healthy salads in the sunshine!
