Pancake Day

The Beacon had a fantastic Pancake Day today! All our boys enjoyed delicious pancakes with an array of toppings at lunch, including lemon, passion fruit or chocolate. All our pancakes today were free of refined sugar, as we used pureed banana as the natural sweetener. Our Reception boys also had lots of fun with pancake mix during messy playtime this morning!
